What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. If you need an earlier arrival or later departure, give us a call and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Is breakfast included?
Yes. A complimentary hot breakfast is served daily in the breakfast area off the lobby — a full spread with hot items, not just pastries and coffee.
Is parking free?
Yes. We offer complimentary on-site parking for all guests, with room for larger vehicles.
Do you have a pool?
Yes. We have an outdoor pool, open seasonally, for the hours between everything else on your itinerary.
Are pets allowed?
This is a non-pet property, so we're unable to accommodate pets. Trained service animals are always welcome in accordance with ADA guidelines.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available in every room and throughout the property.
How close are you to Naval Air Station Jacksonville?
We're about 15 minutes from the NAS Jacksonville main gate — an easy drive for visiting families, PCS moves, graduations, and TDY trips. Ask the front desk for the quickest route depending on gate hours.
How far is downtown Jacksonville and the beaches?
Downtown Jacksonville is about 15 to 20 minutes northeast via I-295 and I-10. Jacksonville's Atlantic beaches are roughly 40 minutes east, and St. Augustine is under an hour south.
Do you have a fitness center?
Yes. Our on-site fitness center is available to all guests so you can keep your routine on the road.
What room types do you offer?
Four: Two Queen Rooms (sleeps up to 4), King Rooms (sleeps up to 2), One-Bedroom King Suites with a separate living area and sofa bed (sleeps up to 4), and Two-Queen Suites with a separate living area and sofa bed (sleeps up to 6). Every room includes a 42-inch flat-screen TV, pillow-top mattress, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, USB charging, and free Wi-Fi.
